On this occasion we were emailed some drawings from a potential client and asked if we were interested in supplying a quotation. Whilst we prefer to manage the entire project from design to completion, we are also always happy to work to any existing plans that a client may have so the next steps were to arrange a site meeting to survey the property and meet our clients to discuss what they are looking to achieve in person. It is important in these situations to make sure we fully understand what the client is expecting and to really get a full picture of the original vision.

Part of the project would be to demolish the original extension before replacing it with a much more usable space, creating a contemporary kitchen area and in turn freeing up internal space within the property that the current kitchen was occupying.

After our site meeting we supplied a detailed quote and project plan outlining every step of the process from demolition through to completion.
