Slate tiled roof in Great Missenden

We are often called to survey existing roofs to check for safety and structural integrity. Where possible we will always advise on what small scale repairs can be carried out to save an existing roof. However, on this occasion the existing roof was too far gone to be saved with many of the existing slates fragmenting and in an unsafe condition. As such we advised on a complete replacement.

As part of the project we also installed new solar panels to the roof

The new roof has not only addressed the issues that the owner was facing but has also served to completely face lift the property and enhance its desirability in any future sale.
